Sam Huysentruyt

Sam Huysentruyt obtained a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ghent in 2017. He also completed one semester at the University of Poitiers in France. In October 2017, Sam became a lawyer registered at the West Flanders Bar, and joined the team of Crivits & Persyn.

Sam specializes in business law. He focuses in particular on providing assistance in company takeovers, preparing transfer agreements, and corporate disputes.
